When I started hitting the gym more regularly, I could tell that something seemed wrong with my back. No matter what I did, everything just seemed to hurt. My lower back would ache when I ran, walked, sat, and lifted weights. After a friend saw me struggling through a rowing exercise, he suggested visiting with his chiropractor. I explained that I was nervous about working with chiropractors, but he explained that there was nothing to be worried about. This blog is all about different aspects of working with a chiropractor to improve your pain level, posture, and personal exercise program.
